Vantage Physicians of Olympia, Washington is proud to be the first to offer an exciting new type of premium access health care known as a Direct Medical Practice in which the doctors work directly for their patients. A minimal monthly fee covers the cost of all in-office services including pediatric, geriatric and primary healthcare. The physicians were recognized for their work as the winner of the 2011 Thurston County Health Care Champions Award for Innovative Community Service.
For concierge physicians Drs. Kershisnik and Ritchie, having a Direct Medical Practice allows their patients to have access to their personal family physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! They offer same day appointments, house calls, hospital visits, and telephone or email consultations. Each appointment is set to allow you enough time to address all of your concerns and get the type of personal care you expect from your family physician.

About Our Doctors
Dr. Erin Kershisnik is a board certified Family Physician who has lived in the Olympia area with her husband and two daughters for over 20 years. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University and then trekked to Philadelphia for her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Eager to return to her home state, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She is proud of the broad spectrum of care her specialty provides and is committed to her vision of patient-centered health care. She enjoys helping patients achieve the best of care with comprehensive physicals, well child care, and updated immunizations. Her caring and compassionate nature offers her elder and hospice patients the level of care and understanding they deserve. In addition to practicing medicine, her other passions include gardening, music, and cheering on her two little soccer stars.
Dr. Samantha Ritchie is a board certified Family Physician who has lived in the Olympia area with her husband and daughter for over 20 years. She also earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. When Dr. Ritchie became a physician, she knew almost immediately that she wanted to be a country doctor. She spent the next 20 years working between Olympia and McCleary. Dr. Ritchie has been honored by the Washington Rural Health Association, an organization that advocated for better rural health services, as its Outstanding Rural Health Practitioner for 2009. She has chosen to join Vantage Physicians so she can continue to treat patients as whole people, and take the time she needs to address patient wellness. Dr. Ritchie also uses her skills on trips with a nonprofit group called Friends of Haiti, bringing medical care to villages so remote she and her colleagues have to hike to them. She and her husband enjoy sailing, rowing, hiking, and enticing their daughter to enjoy the great outdoors.
